Recently, Jiangsu SKC Intelligent Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “SKC”) won the bid for the procurement project of core semiconductor equipment that is worth over 300 million yuan from Zhunxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.  

With electronic grade silicon-based epitaxy and chip manufacturing in the power and electronic integrated circuit industry chain at its core, Zhunxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd has invested in the construction of a production line and supporting facilities for advanced 6-inch power chip components of industrial vehicle grade with an annual output of 1 million pieces. This production line will play an important role in multiple industries such as industrial control, computing power servers, wind and solar energy storage, new energy vehicles, and inverters. It will change the reality that there is no manufacturer of new energy electronic information integrated circuit chips in the region.  

This project will fully leverage its role as the "guider" and "little giant" in the new energy power and electronic semiconductor industry chain and help attract more investment. Meanwhile, relying on the huge market and resources of the autonomous region, this project can draw upstream enterprises that produce semiconductor new materials such as electronic grade silicon wafers, electronic specific gas, wet chemistry, electronic epoxy resin EMC and semiconductor ceramic substrates. This helps extend and improve the industry chain, promoting the creation of a new highland and new track for the development of new quality productive forces in the region.  

With the deepening development of various forms of business of semiconductor industry, the market demand is showing a sustained growth momentum.
